Neighborgall Construction was selected to renovate the 1931 Art Deco movie house into a 1,400-seat performing arts facility complete with Broadway-sized stage and state-of-the art lighting and sound. Large dressing rooms, rehearsal space and banquet facility in a nearby building were added and connected to the main building. To structurally accommodate the upgrades of the National Registered of Historic Place building , a complex exterior steel structural system was constructed.
