Neighborgall Construction was selected to provide Preconstruction and Construction Management services and was the low General Trades Package bidder for the construction of the new academic medical facility. The 54,000 SF stand-alone three-story building is comprised of training and education rooms that model surgery suites, labor and delivery suites, emergency rooms, critical care rooms, patient hospital rooms and outpatient clinic rooms. These state-of-the-art simulation rooms house the latest technology and health care equipment needed to train a variety of health care professionals to the highest standards.
